Hoteliers can count on the ‘Hotel Data Protection’ solution to comply with the new GDPR
BlueShift, Harpo Consulting, and Robot join forces to create the first assessment and implementation service for the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) dedicated to the hospitality industry
BlueShift – Achievers Make the Change, Harpo Consulting, and Robot have launched “Hotel Data Protection,” the first diagnostic and implementation solution for the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) specifically designed for the hospitality sector.
The new service combines the expertise of the three partners, bringing together Harpo Consulting’s knowledge in procedural aspects of the GDPR, BlueShift’s extensive experience in hotel consulting and management, and Robot’s strong track record in information systems, with a particular focus on the hotel industry.
Hotel Data Protection is a complete and modular solution structured into five distinct products, covering everything from the initial identification of areas of non-compliance with the new GDPR to ongoing system management:
- Assessment: A comprehensive analysis of all areas of the company and a roadmap for implementing corrective actions.
- Implementation: Development and implementation of a detailed plan to correct non-compliance areas.
- Audit: Conducting mandatory annual audits and audits to verify partner compliance.
- Training: Preparation and implementation of initial or refresher training for teams.
- Data Protection Officer (DPO): Outsourcing the management of privacy policies, including all interactions with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
