João Silva Santos will lead BlueShift Talent, bringing a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector, having held various human resources leadership roles in renowned Marriott and Wyndham Group establishments. He joined BlueShift in early 2018 to lead the internal competence center ‘HR Management Achievement Center’ in supporting BlueShift-managed units and preparing for the launch of the newly announced business unit.
The new consultancy strongly focuses on Executive Search for executive and managerial positions, presenting itself to the market with a unique approach based on the sequential involvement of different specialists from relevant functional areas for the position to be filled. João Silva Santos assures, “For example, a General Manager may be interviewed by an HR specialist, an Operations Director, a CFO, and a Partner with top management experience. No other consultancy has in-house professionals with such diverse profiles to ensure a process with this efficiency and robustness.”
